Waleed Elder M.S.Ed. BCBA LBA
Waleed began his journey in the field of Special Education in 2016 as a 1:1 paraprofessional in a 6:1:3 classroom for school aged children. Since then, Waleed worked as a behavior intervention specialist, clinical supervisor and obtained his board certification and NYS licensure as a Behavior Analyst. From a young age, Waleed always knew he wanted to help people and work with special needs children and adults.
Jenna Zirino-Elder M.S.Ed. BCBA LBA
Jenna is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, as well as a Licensed Special and General Education Teacher. With more than 15 years in the field, Jenna has extensive experience in the classroom, with home based services, respite services, and adult services. Jenna has worked with people of all ages with varying level of support needs. Jenna credits her unique perspective and style to caring for her own family members with special needs from a very early age.

Kim is a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) practicing for over 19 years!
Kim has worked with children of all ages across many settings, from schools to clinics and everything in between.
Kim loves what she does and finds joy and purpose in helping children build confidence in communication. Kim also loves helping others connect with the world around them.

Betsy Fridman is our Family Coordinator. Betsy helps our families stay connected with our staff, share resources and ensures communication is easy and clear. Betsy love creating a warm, welcoming community where families feel supported and at home.
